How long do custom or bridal dresses take to arrive?
Custom and bridal gowns require extra time for production and delivery. They can take up to 8 weeks (2 months). Please order at least 8–10 weeks before your event to ensure on-time delivery.
Can I send you my own design and measurements?
Yes! Simply share your reference photos and full body measurements, and our team will create a custom piece just for you. We’ll confirm details with you before starting.
Are custom orders returnable?
Since these are tailored to your exact specifications, custom and made-to-measure dresses are final sale (unless defective).
